WHAT TO EXPECT.
Walking into a new place can feel a little uncomfortable—but we want you to know that from the moment you walk through the doors of Byesville Assembly of God, you are truly welcome here. Our desire is for you to feel at home, so please don’t worry about what you’re wearing—we’re simply glad you’re here. You can expect friendly, smiling faces ready to greet you, not to put you on the spot, but to warmly welcome you in.
During our service, we enjoy spending time together as a church family, which often includes a brief meet-and-greet. You’re welcome to remain seated if you prefer, though others may stop by to say hello. We worship the Lord together through live music, singing, and prayer. We also worship through giving, but please know there is no expectation or obligation for you to give.
Our pastor shares a message that is practical, spiritual, and rooted in Scripture—designed to help us grow in our faith and recognize how God is leading us both individually and as a church family. Following the message, there is often a time of response and an invitation to connect personally with God. Our hope is that you would come, experience what God is doing, and feel His presence among us. As part of the Assemblies of God, we are a pentecostal fellowship. Nursery
Every Sunday morning during our 10am service!
This is for children that are 6 months-3 years old.
Pre-School Ministry
Our Pre-School Kids participate in the Main Worship singing, then head to our Pre-School Room for their own Bible Experience. We use curriculum based on the Bible App for Kids. We highly recommend the at-home resources for Parents to disciple their little ones throughout the week as well!
Kindergarten-5th Grade
Every Sunday Morning during our Morning Worship Experience. You can check in your kindergarten-5th grader right when you get to church or right after worship. We believe that kids should be a part of our worship experience for singing, then they go to our Konnecting Kids Area for their very own experience in God's Word.
Youth-Grade 6-12
Our youth ministry meets every other Sunday night from 6:00-7:30 PM in the NextGen Center on our lower level.

Our church is located on the corner of South 7th Street and Main Street in Byesville. We have a large parking lot in front of the building that is accessible from Main Street. Handicap parking is available in designated areas along the sides of the building. There is a handicap ramp on the west side of the building that leads to the sanctuary and a ramp on the east side of the building that leads to the lower level where our fellowship hall and classrooms are located.
