starting point

The first step in getting plugged in at our church is to attend Starting Point, a quarterly event just for visitors and new attendees. The purpose of this event is making connections and starting new friendships in a relaxed, informal environment.

You'll get to meet Pastor Joe and Crystal, if you haven't already, and also get to hear a little of their story and the story of our church. But Starting Point isn't just about us, it's about you as well. We want to get to know you and hear your story.

The next Starting Point is scheduled for Sunday, [MONTH] [DATE] at 6:30 pm.

If you are planning to attend Starting Point please sign up at the Welcome Center on Sunday or contact the church office.

water baptism

The Bible says that water baptism is an important step of obedience after salvation. Baptism isn't just an old tradition or ritual. It is symbolic of the new life that Christ gives to those who accept Him as their Savior. Baptism is also a public declaration that shows a person has committed themselves to serving God.

Scriptures about baptism:

Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16; Acts 10:47-48; Romans 6:4

Our next baptism service is scheduled for Sunday, November 15 at 10:40 am.

If you would like to get baptized please sign up at the Welcome Center on Sunday or contact the church office.

church membership

A very important step in the discipleship process is church membership. Our church requires that members take a short class that gives an overview of our beliefs and then, commit themselves to living a lifestyle that properly reflects the goodness and love of Jesus.

The purpose of being a member of our church is uniting together to share, support and serve our community and our local church.

get involved

Scripture teaches us that every Christian should be involved in a ministry that spreads the Gospel and supports the work of the local church. Being involved in ministry doesn't necessarily mean moving overseas to work as a missionary or volunteering in the church nursery. There are many different ministries where you can get involved and we would love to add you to the team.

Check out our ministries list to see all the different things we do and learn how to get involved.
